I was raised in Santa Barbara and have had dogs my entire life. We've battled the "Santa Barbara Itch" with all of our dogs at some point or another. We've tried everything and after years of trial and error formulation, I've come up with something that's making a lot Santa Barbara dogs very happy. I tested it on myself for a couple of weeks before I tried it on a dog. After I had perfected it, I gave it to a friend to try on her very sweet but very stinky old dog. He had been a rescue and was in terrible shape. His skin was itchy and he smelled ridiculously bad. I loved him and wanted to hold him when I went to visit her so I gifted her a bottle of this organic wash. They both loved the result! After a couple of uses, no more itchy skin, no more fungus, no more stinky dog. I don't use tea tree oil because it's too harsh in my opinion. It can be an allergen for many dogs and for children as well, so I leave it out of this formula. I hope you and your fur person enjoy Lissa's Organic Dog Wash.
